We stayed at Humberto's for two nights. Originally we chose the accommodation because of its good location for us. Between Cancun/Tulum and Merida, a stopover here is a good idea. Ek Balam, Chichen Itza, Valladolid, a number of cenotes, all nearby. The accommodation is located directly on a road - from which you hear nothing, however, as soon as you come to the property. We quickly noticed that here is worked with a lot of love. Besides the beautiful villas and the great pool, it was Humberto who made the difference for us. He responded extremely quickly to requests, was quickly available for us and provided us with dozens of valuable tips. He created a space where we could relax and feel safe. Additionally, as he spent most of his life in the US, he's fluent in English and Spanish, which is a huge plus. We will definitely be back on our next Yucatan trip. Who appreciates the somewhat special accommodations with a personal touch, will not be disappointed with Humberto in any case.

This was by the far the best experience I have had at an Airbnb. Humberto and his staff go above and beyond with the service they provide. He was always making sure we are ok and the whole place is beautiful. The pictures of the bedrooms do not do it justice. They are lovely, clean and spacious. The whole villa is authentic with a great pool and so many other things which come with it. The location is about 15 minutes approx from the centre of Valladolid, which makes itself a very tranquil place. The staff are super nice and food is great! Very accommodating as me and my partner are both vegan and they did well to accommodate this. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Worth every penny! Gracias.

Our group came to Villas Tikuch to celebrate a birthday and had a great time! The pool and cabana were perfect for a relaxing afternoon. The rooms are beautiful and I can’t wait to return for a longer stay in this tranquil oasis in Yucatán!

Amazing place and a fantastic host- Humberto. The whole estate is very well thought of, the pool is nice and has a part which is shaded from the sun, there are inflatable flamingos and inflatable donuts, sunbeds and hammocks so you can spend the whole day there. There is cooked food to order on site, fresh juice in the morning and a fruit garden. Humberto is an amazing, warm and humble person who goes above and beyond to make sure that guests are having a great time and can give you lots of tips for places to go. There are bicycles to hire and explore the area. The location is convenient to explore the peninsula and if you are with a car it is actually more convenient staying here than in Valledolid, because you avoid the crazy traffic of the city and you have a lot more space. There is a parking with plenty of space. The other guests that stayed there were nice. The villas are spacious and had everything we needed. Overall, I would highly recommend this place, it was one of the highlights of our trip in Yucatan.
