La clave de su éxito fue la innovación. Reemplazó las cajas en el mostrador por una línea de cajas a la salida de la tienda, ofreció promociones especiales, tiendas limpias y trato justo a los asociados al hacerlos partícipes de las utilidades.
Sam fue conocido por reconocer que el éxito del negocio dependía de los asociados y por compartir información con ellos para alcanzar los objetivos de la compañía. Siempre actuó de forma íntegra y fundó Walmart con una sólida base de valores que siguen vigentes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son un asco no son concientes del tiempo de espera en la fila llegas y ya no te dan acceso por qué tu cita ya se quemó
Necesitan hacer algo siempre es lo mismo con esta gente que se cree dueña de las instalaciones, por qué no salen por lo menos hasta el puente a recoger papeles les aseguro que avanzarían más rápido....hojala alguien. Pudiera hacer algo aunque lo dudo simplemente es Walmart lo peor de lo peor a nivel nacional
 They are disgusting, they are not aware of the waiting time in line, you arrive and they no longer give you access, because your appointment is already burned
They need to do something, it's always the same with these people who think they own the facilities, why don't they go out at least to the bridge to collect papers? I could do something, although I doubt it, Walmart is simply the worst of the worst nationwide
