★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff and friendly. Caught the ferry from Chetumal to Caye Culker it was 1200 pesos each. The ferry takes 90 minutes to San Pedro where you disembark to clear Customs and Immigration then re board for the 30 minute ferry ride to Caye Culker. You will need to pay an arrival tax of 1.25 belize dollars when you arrive in San Pedro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online booking does not work. Nobody answers on WhatsApp either, so you have to go the office. Unfriendly staff there, making you feel like an intruder. So one only one star for service. The boat was on time and the staff on the boat was very friendly, bringing it up again to three stars.

The company's website which allows you to book the tickets is absolutly not updated !
There were no boat the days we paid for, and when the employee send us a message to inform us about that we asked for a redund and he doesn't reply since that day. I even tried to contact the company by whatsapp and no reply again.
Maybe the will reply thanks to this comment ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As other reviewer‘s have mentioned the reservation website for this company does not work. All traffic by boat or land from Chetumal to Belize has been closed due to COVID-19. Water Jets has not bothered to updated their website calendar.
