★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay, lets just get this straight. FIVE STAR!!!! There were so many highlights to this one place to stay on a beach in Playa Del Carmen. My family and I enjoyed the swim-up bar, the walking distance location to pretty much anything from on the beach to Fifth Street. The sunsets and sunrises were phenomenal. We loved that when we got there our rooms were stocked up with all the food we loved(pre-ordered) and room service was friendly. I was shocked to the scenery of the lobby, let alone the entire stay!! It is in such a friendly area with pristine water and places on the beach to eat. We also went parasailing which was just a short walk down the beach, and we also found ourselves taking a ferry out to Cozumel, which the dock was also in walking distance. I had only been once, and I'll go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the perfect condo! It was clean and great A/C (which is great because it was so hot and humid in August). August is the time for seagrass so we did not spend mich time on the beach, but there were tons of shells and soft, beautiful sand. The pool has a swim up bar, and a couple different levels for children too. The front office was very accommodating. They even arranged for a doctor to come to our room to give us COVID-19 tests before we flew back.
This condo is close to many wildlife. It is also right next to 5th Avenue which is a large shopping 'strip'. Full of bars, restaurants, vendors, artwork, jewelry, candy, live animals, plenty of places to buy souvenirs, and so much more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are on a budget and don't want to deal with resorts trying to sell you time share that isn't time share, than this is your go to for playa del Carmen. We brought 2 of our 4 children. 4 total people. The complex is gated and secured with 24 hours security at the gate. We stayed in condo 7208, which is a 2 bedroom 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, living room, 2 TV with cable and glorious air conditioning. The kitchen has everything you need to cook except for forks, spoons and knives. We stayed 8 nights and 7 days and paid $1,100. There is a pool. The beach is your back yard and you can walk to the mall or walk to the ferry to Cozumel. Great place and you have assigned parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to stay, some appartment may need some refresh, but calm and in a step from the beach. The pool even include a small bar on which we can even take some lunches. It's near from the 5th a d 10th of playa del carmen. No need of a car to stay around.
Really nice for family with kids seeking a calm place to be.
