We rented a car for 12 days in April and I did not experience anything of what is described in the negative comments below. I found the employees all very helpful, they spoke good English, didn't try to sell us any extra insurance and even when you handed in the car you noticed that these people did not focus on making money on a scratch or somsthing at all. They were just the most relaxed and lovely people I've come across with car rental companies. The car itself was also perfect, it was brand new, drove very well, was clean and tidy, had bluetooth connection for the music and a very strong and fast air conditioning. 5 stars for the car ánd the service!

They will force you into buying overpriced insurance (more expensive than the actual rental cost), even if you are covered with your credit card. They also don't want you to be 2 at the same time in the store, as they want to make sure they can ripoff every single client individually. We left and went to Budget car rentals (down the street), and the man was much nicer to us, and we were able to rent a car for a reasonable price. THANKS BUDGET!!!!!

They tried to get a bigger deposit than the one agreed upon when booking, but eventually settled on the initial sum. Cars should definitely be washed on the interior, at least once. Other than that, no issues when handing over the car. Both parties photographed the car before renting. Waiting for the deposit to be returned in full.
E	Erez Shmiel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ !!!!AVOID it!!!! ??? They give you a price that is much higher than competitors by 50% because you are tourist and don't know the prices. ??? When you find it out and tell them this, they tell you to buy from others. They just want your money, be careful. We got a car with empty gas and return with 2/3 full gas and they told nothing. Second rent, we got the car with 2/5 gas and return it with 1/5 gas and they forced us to put FULL gas. Luckily I have filmed the gas monitor before. So they told us that we must return the car with 2/5 gas or we pay them 700 pesos. They are not honest, avoid them and you will thank me!
V	V S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scam, running a insurance scam. I was forced to pay over 500$ more for the car that I already paid for online. I had a car reserved for 1:15pm and they gave me the wrong car and by the time I got the other car and was able to leave it was close to 5pm. I received a very old car -20 years old, it was covered in dents and scratches, stains all over the seats, filthy. After leaving with the rental car I soon realized the gas was empty, there was no windshield fluid and the windshield wipers were not working. Then when you return the car, they try to charge for damage that was already there upon pick up. I took a video of all the damage before I left with the car. Worst car rental company I have ever had to deal with. Dishonest scammers. I will also be emailing all the travel websites that have this rental company as a choice, to let them know that Europcar needs to be removed from the options.
L	Luis V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a car, to be honest it was not very expensive and was the best option for my budget (EDMR). The car that was assigned to me was a Kwit Std. even though it has seen better days, it served its purpose, and the gasoline efficiency was good. Be aware that a credit card deposit should be authorized for your contract to be approved.
V	Vinicius Faria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at pick up was ok, but the didn't help me to use my Master Card insurance. Instead of that, they forced me to use Europcar insurance. The car was really dirty on the outside and poorly maintained on the inside. It was a bad cost benefit. The car worked well during my three days.
R	Reinhard Miesbacher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot understand previous negative comments at all. We received great customer service and the employees did everthing to help us. Of course you should read the legal stuff first when booking via a 3rd Party website and of course you should take pics of your car when you pick it up (they even tell you to do it so that there are no arguments later on). Overall you cannot go wrong with the guys here if you just do your research first. I was also concerned after reading the comments here but it seems some people have never travelled outside their own country...show respect and you will get it in return.
