★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked this hotel for New Years 2020 on Oct 3rd, 2019. I confirmed with them directly that the booking was received and confirmed, and paid for the reservation in full. I received an email on November 16th that they were cancelling my reservation due to overbooking. I did receive a refund, but was then left booking for high season after all the prices became exorbitant. I messaged the hotel directly and they haven't responded. This place is unreliable - I would not recommend booking with them.
