Yume Sushi - 77760 Tulum

Came here shortly after it opened. Fish was fresh and delicious. Service was solid. And food was delivered quickly. If youre in the aldea zama community make sure to check it out!

This was my second time to this place and I have been to many nice sushi places in Mexico, but this was the worse experience in Tulum. First time I ordered the salmon bowl and it had barely any meat. The second time I asked for a veggie bowl with extra salmon, but they brought lots of rice with a little bit of veggies and a few salmon pieces on top (see photos). They should really advertise it as Rice bowl, NOT veggie bowl! When I told the waitress about it, she kept arguing with me that everyone likes that bowls have a lot of rice. I wish they hire people that understand their customers instead of arguing with clients about their feedback. I do appreciate that the owner came and apologized and gave me a small discount, but I think they should not have such stubborn waitresses and change the name of the bowls to Rice bowls. If you really want a real veggie bowl, go to Nikkori Sushi place a few blocks away from this place. It was the best veggie Bowl I had (no rice).

My favourite sushi in Tulum. It’s a little terrace outside under the canopy. Nice and private. Never pretentious. The owner gave full freedom to the chef for the design of the menu, and congratulations because it’s a gem. You can find asian dishes, classic and fusion sushis, all executed perfectly. I love the miso soup, the pad thai, the tartares, the bowls and the creative sushis... The fish is always so fresh. You can feel in each bite that the chef truly appreciates the value of the ingredients. She cooks everything with attention to the details and a delicate hand. Every bite is pleasure. Bravo

So I’ll admit... I didn’t go into this with the highest expectations... however this is definitely the best sushi I’ve had in Mexico so far. Enjoyed every dish and stocked to be staying 3 blocks away ?

Yume Sushi is a must if you visit Tulum or live in Tulum and want to enjoy a delicious and fresh sushi feast. Classical but with original fusion touches it makes me come back every time I crave it. The staff is very kind and friendly, service is good, the environment is tranquil and beautifully decorated. The chairs are super comfortable unlike other places and for me this is important. On this occasion I had a mix of nigiri and the lobster roll, absolutely a delicacy. I recommend it and cannot wait to go back, very appreciated experience!

My sushi was bad. It felt apart every time I want to eat it.Poor quality of the rice and the girl working there is nice but gets bothered if you need help or request something. They didnt open on time Both times I’ve been there . It seems they always have a kitchen problem. ?… on the positive side they do 2x1 on Tuesday and Friday if that helps

Sashimi here was one of the best I've ever had! Sushi and Pad Thai we delicious. Staff is great, very welcoming. So happy to have this little place near by.
