★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartments are big and spacious. We had one poolside. The pool was cleaned regularly and was in good condition but leaves from overhanging trees did drop in daily. The place felt save with key entry to the building and a security guard on duty at night. There was normally enough parking.
A restaurant on site was convenient and good. Grocery stores expensive but Super Aki was a 5 minute drive away so not a problem.
Zama Gardens sits in a hugh development so expect construction noise in the day. Go there before this grows too big.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice but still highly under development. It's a relatively new build and every street nearby has construction work going on.
No one went in the shared pool while we were there but the apartments are very nice but privately owned and rented out on airbnb.
Easy access via bike to the beach areas and Tulum town centre too however some of the route is pitch black at night so be careful cycling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked but never got a chance to stay. I was extremely uncomfortable with customer service. Everyday email at 1am. They made multiple attempts to take money from my card. After taking the money they sent a link REQUIRING me to send a selfie holding my American ID next to my face....?? It felt unsafe so I called booking who told them its against security policy to require customers to do that they then sent a cancelation. Very sketchy the whole experience felt unsafe. Glad I didn't stay.
Note: I noticed most of the high reviews are not based on American experiences
