The Zenith is a very nice condo development with a spectacular roof-top pool with a great view of the bay and the mountains. Superb staff keep the facility safe and clean. A nice variety of accommodations available. Great location in the heart of the Zona Romantico... minutes from the beach, the Malecon, the mercado.

Such a beautiful place to stay! Amazing views from the rooftop, the pool is the best spot. Such friendly and caring staff, always looking to help out. Also nice location, easy for pick up and drop off. Best stay ever!!

Honestly!! My best friend book this place for us, his birthday weekend in PV. The only nice thing they have is the Pool. I think they should add that there is a construction next door super loud. I had to get out and get a different place by the beach. It made my staying impossible to relax and they really make it difficult for any adjustments. Take your chance if you’d like but if you like to make your money worth And you like nice things get something by the water. Two best places I would recommend Almar Resorts Garza Blanca I would definitely never come back to this place.

Super nice staff, always helpful and friendly. Units are modern, very comfortable and well mantained. Nice kitchen and terraces. Location is great with many nearby popular bars and clubs.

There is an infestation of bed bugs in this building in at least two apartments (apartments 701 and 306). Likely, more apartments are infested with the bedbugs as they travel easily through buildings like this and contaminated our items that were beyond the bed, into the couch and closet. We tried to work with our Airbnb host named Aaron, but he only moved us into another unit with bugs. After that he promised at least one night refunded/reduced from our reservation, yet he never did anything. We paid full price after leaving early. We spent days working to clear the bedbugs from our personal items. It ruined the trip and there was little understanding or help from Aarón and his workers Briseida. The building itself seems presentable on the outside with a lovely rooftop. The staff are friendly. Unfortunately, they are dealing with an insect contamination that they are choosing to ignore, and have an indifference about it with guests.

Super great location in the centre of town. The stroll to the beach was always an adventure and at night the best clubs and DJ’s are just in the next block.

This is a fantastic condominium building with awesome staff. Very clean facilities and a stunning rooftop pool area. Highly recommended!

We would stay here again! The location is excellent- really well situated for a short walk to the beach and shops. The pool on the roof is stunning, the gym is well-equipped, and there's a really pretty lobby to hang out in if needed too.
