★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so excited to eat tres leches cake and came all the way to Cozumel from United States, Walked around in the area for 3 hours and finally reached this place to get a piece of cake after asking around for a place to get tres leches cake. That’s how I wanted to celebrate my 40 th birthday. We pick up the cake and after dinner I cut this cake at the restaurant at palace elite and first piece on my place with a curly disgusting hair. That put me off so bad that I had to Ross off the entire cake and a piece tasted from the other side of the cake was absolutely disgusting. Very disappointed with the place, quality, service and taste. This place is a huge turnoff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didnt feel welcomed when I walked in, even though it was clear the owner was sitting at one of the tables (did not even look at me). The ordering process was a bit awkward, and my Americano came in lukewarm. The place was hot when I entered, I almost left. but they guy showed the fans were working, and soon turned on the a/c. Of course, the coffee and the deserts are OK, but this place needs to up its service and coffee quality to remain competitive. Won't be back.
