Cancun Bay Resort - 77500 Cancún

The staff here is very helpful and accommodating. This resort was the perfect size for our family of five (3 teens). It isn’t too big or too small. The entertainment staff is excellent. Roberto, Victor, Jackie, and Catherine were great at providing games and fun. Estephanie’s magic trick was pretty cool! These five ensured our teens weren’t on their phones and instead were engaged and having fun. My husband and I enjoyed the adult jacuzzi bar. Gustavo the bartender kept our drinks cold and full. My favorite was the mojito. The restaurant staff Lupe and Celso also made sure we had everything we needed. They took care of us like family. Jorge cleaned our room every day and made our stay comfortable. Almost every night there was a different entertainment and restaurant theme. Our teens loved the foam party. We met wonderful travelers from all over the world. This was our kids first time out of the US and Cancun Bay Resort made it perfect! Thank you Cancun Bay Resort staff!

Really lovely resort. Have stayed here twice. Good food, very friendly staff, very clean. Good choice of food and drinks. Definitely recommend staying here. Great location too!

If you like rock hard chicken, black lettuce, cold, runny scrambled eggs, dirty rooms and a 700 sq.ft. beachfront then this is for you! If you complain you get offered a timeshare pitch. Seriously go to another place. There is nothing that can be done unless it's a total overhaul. I really could go on and on. I literally canceled the remaining days and booked elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and tetanus shot

Excellent Hotel, Lupe & the girl at the pool who serves the drinks to the people sunbathing (her name begins with an A), they are brilliant. The place is spotless, as are the rooms which are always clean. The place is 5 footsteps from the white sand beach. Buses come every 2 mins so it’s easy to get around. Highly recommend the Cancun Bay Resort

I sincerely hope to help another person avoid this place at all costs!!! As other’s have stated the food is downright nasty. Cold runny eggs, black lettuce, chicken so hard it clanked when I hit it against my plate. There was mold around the shower and sink. The “beach” is a small area half the size of my backyard. The music at the pool was nonstop techno loud as hell. Hope you don’t like coffee because you can only get it from 7am to 11am. The cleaning staff were very friendly, and the sushi bar was decent but that is all I can say nice. I literally left early for another hotel. I have never left a review on anything before, but this place is that bad. Spend your money elsewhere.

Great place!! Really glad we went here. It was all-inclusive and had an AMAZING sushi bar that was included. The rooms were great! The staff was amazing as well. Right on the beach there were excursion booths which helped us set up our tours. Had a GREAT time here!!

Where do I even begin. For starters trying to contact this resort is almost impossible even from your room. I tried to call due my flights being canceled and the line just kept hanging up. When I got to the resort the night staff was not friendly or welcoming. The rooms are basic and had ants and other critters crawling and flying everywhere I had to call room service to get them to have someone come and remove some of the bugs because the front desk wasn’t answering l. The food and drinks were DISGUSTING! I have never had or seen such gross food. The sole purpose of me getting an all inclusive resort was so that i could save money on eating out and I ended up doing that Anyway and spent way less that way vs eating the food. The eggs were slimy and runny and cold there was no meat options for breakfast literally no bacon sausage NOTHING.I said maybe I would have luck ordering room service nope the chicken was dry and tough. I tried to make a reservation twice for their Italian restaurant and was told I had to do so before 11 am which I wasn’t told when I checked in. Came back before 11 the next day and was told all reservations were full. I came alone and due to the booking being defaulted to 2people instead of one. I was certain I was charged for 2 people so I asked for an itemized bill and they just gave me a bill showing the room price for the three nights. There is no manager on site. There was absolutely no entertainment or night events. The pool with the bar closes at 6pm. The beach is not even a beach it’s a very small section with no more than 2ft of water I found face mask floating in both the pool area and the beach. And overall the experience was just terrible.

Great little resort. We had a great time while at the Cancun Bay Resort. My family stayed in the family suite and it was perfect for us. Good sized space for 6 people. Food and drinks were all wonderful. And the service employees were all friendly and attentive. The resort is small making everything really convenient. Nothing is too far away which makes it all very easy to access.
