★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos quedamos ahi para una noche de paso, es correcto, estaba limpio, y nos atendieron tarde cuando llegamos. Como pega, nos dijeron que podíamos pagar con tarjeta de credito y cuando fuimos a pagar solo admitían efectivo, siendo la primera noche en cancun es un inconveniente
We stayed there for a night passing through, it's correct, it was clean, and they attended us late when we arrived. As a drawback, they told us that we could pay with a credit card and when we went to pay they only accepted cash, being the first night in Cancun it is an inconvenience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here 4 nights. Javier and the staff were excellent and very accommodating. We arrived way early in the morning and Javier let us checked in earlyin the morning. Just wish the walls were sound proof and to have more space in the bathroom plus a rug on the side of bed would've been nice. Besides that, location, service and cost are great.We had to park the car outside but it was secure, no problem at all.

Disliked:
Hot water was not really available.
No breakfast
The room had a window to the staircase that you could not close, thus some sound from outside.
