El área administrativa no tiene nada claro lo que es atención al cliente.
Por esta razón no contrataré sus servicios, no voy a exponer a mis compañeros en Xalapa a la mala atencion de este Hospital, muchisimo más si se trata de salud.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui con el Oftalmólogo Enrique Pitalúa Ordoñez, una consulta muy buena, mucho profesionalismo, explica super bien, no te deja con dudas. El precio de la consulta es accesible (tomando en cuenta que es un especialista) volveré cuando necesite sus servicios y lo recomiendo ampliamente.
I went with the Ophthalmologist Enrique Pitalúa Ordoñez, a very good consultation, a lot of professionalism, he explains super well, he does not leave you in doubt. The price of the consultation is affordable (taking into account that he is a specialist) I will return when I need his services and I highly recommend him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una porquería, lleve a mi hijo con sangrado nasal, en la recepción estaba el de seguridad me comunico con una mujer y le expliqué la situación y me salió con que llevará a mi hijo al hospital civil ???
A crap, I took my son with a nosebleed, security was at the reception, I contacted a woman and I explained the situation to her and she came up with that she would take my son to the civil hospital ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible diseño arquitectónico para un hospital. Cero consideraciones para la accesibilidad en silla de ruedas. Radios de giro mal calculados para ambulancias. Estacionamiento con cajones a 90°. Escombro y basura en todos los pasillos. No recomiendo que los médicos vengan a poner sus consultorios a este lugar.
Terrible architectural design for a hospital. Zero considerations for wheelchair accessibility. Poorly calculated turning radii for ambulances. Parking with drawers at 90 °. Rubble and trash in all hallways. I do not recommend that doctors come to put their offices in this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era buen hospital, hasta que contrataron personal tan ineficiente e incapaz.
Rechazar a un paciente que necesita atención inmediata y ya teniéndolo en piso, fueron capaz de sacarlo, por el simple echo de su ineptitud de no saber distinguir los síntomas de un edema. Pésima atención y mala recomendación de ese lugar.
It was a good hospital, until they hired such inefficient and incapable staff.
Refusing a patient who needs immediate attention and having him on the floor, they were able to remove him, simply because of his ineptitude of not knowing how to distinguish the symptoms of edema. Terrible attention and bad recommendation of that place.
