★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me robaron de la caja de seguridad una importante suma de dinero y me abrieron una valija en la que guardaba objetos de valor, desbloqueando el candado con clave que la cerraba.
Las autoridades del hotel me trataron como si fuera una delincuente diciéndome que DEBÍA PROBAR que alguien tenia copia de mi llave de la caja de seguridad y que ellos no eran responsables de nada. Tuve que llamar yo a la policía y acercarme a la fiscalia a ratificar la denuncia. Cargando encima con el costo de transporte hasta allí. No hubo contención por parte de Luis Hernandez empleado que me atendió, quien nos interrogó maliciosamente poniendo en duda nuestra denuncia, y desligando de responsabilidad al establecimiento. Vergonzosa atención y falta de empatia frente a una situación de extrema gravedad.
 They stole a large sum of money from the safe and they opened a suitcase in which I kept valuables, unlocking the padlock with a key that closed it.
The hotel authorities treated me like a criminal telling me that I MUST PROVE that someone had a copy of my safe deposit box key and that they were not responsible for anything. I had to call the police and go to the prosecutor's office to ratify the complaint. Loading up with the cost of transportation there. There was no contention on the part of Luis Hernandez, the employee who attended me, who maliciously questioned us, questioning our complaint, and disassociating the establishment from responsibility. Shameful attention and lack of empathy in the face of an extremely serious situation.
