★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo atención por parte de la recepcionista. Al llamar para solicitar cita ,atiende de mala gana no sabe dirigirse con las personas. Ya van dos citas las cuales he ido a perder el tiempo. La primer cita fue porque supuestamente no estaba agendada ,y estaba anotado en su agenda ,pero la srita no tuvo la decencia y educación de verificar ,lo hizo hasta después de 30 minutos. La segunda cita ,supuestamente se había cancelado ,y supuestamente me estuvo marcando muchas veces para avisarme ,a lo cual yo no tengo ninguna sola llamada ,curiosamente tengo llamadas de otras personas menos de esta. La atención por parte del demás personal es impecable ,menos de esta persona ,no tiene ni la más idea de cómo dar atención al cliente.
 Terrible attention from the receptionist. When calling to request an appointment, he reluctantly attends, he does not know how to address people. There are already two appointments which I have gone to waste time. The first appointment was because it was supposedly not scheduled, and it was written down in her agenda, but the lady did not have the decency and education to verify, she did so after 30 minutes. The second date, supposedly had been cancelled, and supposedly he was dialing me many times to notify me, to which I do not have a single call, curiously I have calls from other people except this one. The attention from the other staff is impeccable, except for this person, he has no idea how to give customer service.
