Cruz con Mar - 77720 Playa del Carmen

We stayed at Marco’s penthouse, it was wonderful from the views to the design and architecture. This a great place to stay at long or short term if it’s available:)

Top class staff, unfortunately we had to find other accomodations due to the pool leaking into the condo. Beautiful facility close to beach. Shared rooftop pool.

The building is located in one of the best areas in Playa Del Carmen. The staff are so friendly, always greeting everyone with big smiles. The maintenance staff keep the building and pool area immaculate. AnaLuisa and Yoana at the front desk truly excel in making you feel welcome! The beautiful beach is a short walk, as well as Fifth Avenue where restaurants and shops abound. We love this place and have already booked for next January. Highly recommend this as a premier place to stay and relax when you visit fabulous Playa Del Carmen!

Is one of the few condos that have 3 jacuzzis with a beach view. The apartment is big 6 people easily and they have a jacuzzi in the terrace.

Visited the rooftop pool because our friend lives here and I’ll also be looking to rent/buy here next. Beautiful view of the ocean and nice amenities. Award winning concierge and staff! The female and male at the front desk are sooo friendly and nice! Love being welcomed to a happy smile and positive energy ? However, wifi on the roofopt is spotty, hard to do a zoom meeting otherwise I love this building!

We recently stayed in an AirBNB rental at Cruz del Mar. Its' location was perfect: two blocks from the beach and two blocks from the main tourist area with restaurants, bars, money changing places, covid testing for re-entry into the US, etc. We loved the condo and host, but were also extremely impressed with the reception staff at the front desk. They were helpful in every way. Check-in was a breeze. The entire place was clean and well decorated. The reception staff always greeted us well. They were extremely helpful when we asked them for recommendations on places to go to eat, as well as directions to anywhere that we wanted. A huge shout out goes to the female receptionist who assisted us yesterday with a transport problem we had. Our transport vehicle hadn't shown up, and our flight was departing soon. I showed the paperwork to the receptionist who spotted the problem and worked diligently to rectify the situation. Her fast observation and diagnosis saved the day! We are eternally grateful to her, as all went well. Michisimas gracias for la ayuda!

I did a pick up here, for a tour "The Real México", to go visit a mexican village, mayan ruins and a great cenote to swim. My passengers refered that Cruz Cin Mar have very confortable appartments.

Very nice, modern and quiet condominiums just a couple of blocks from the walking business district of Playa del Carmen. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!!
