★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tardan horas en atender, solo funciona una ventanilla para brindar atención, nunca contestan el teléfono, ni se diga de los correos electrónicos, la poca información que hay en su página está mal, un trámite probablemente te tome 3 horas y dos días por lo menos ya que seguramente que te hará falta un documento o algo que no está indicado, incompetentes.
They take hours to attend, only one window works to provide attention, they never answer the phone, not even mention the emails, the little information on their page is wrong, a procedure will probably take 3 hours and two days at least. less since surely you will need a document or something that is not indicated, incompetent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se han cambiado las oficinas de la DGB a Av. Revolucion 1425 a un par de cuadras del metro Barranca del Muerto, pero en un anexo en la pagina de la DGB manifiesta que las oficinas de dicha dependencia estan abiertas de lunes a miercoles en un horario de 10 am a 2:30 pm para que lo tomen en cuanta, por lo que si van a hacer algun tramite como el duplicado de un certificado de bachillerato solo los atenderan en dicho horario, lleven los documentos completos desde un inicio por el limitado horario de atencion y para que no den dos vueltas, solo permiten el acceso a una persona por si van con acompañante los debe esperar afuera.
The offices of the DGB have been changed to Av. Revolucion 1425 a couple of blocks from the Barranca del Muerto metro, but in an annex on the DGB website it states that the offices of said agency are open from Monday to Wednesday at a time from 10 am to 2:30 pm so that they take it into account, so if you are going to do any paperwork such as a duplicate of a high school certificate, they will only attend you at that time, take the complete documents from the beginning for the limited hours of attention and so that they do not go around twice, they only allow access to one person in case they go with a companion they must wait outside.
