★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Four stars for two people: Donaldo from Playa del Carmen office and Martin Paz- he was a driver who is just an amazing human being. Martin was VERY helpful, optimistic about everything. You can ask the company to be served exactly by him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy Tours Car rental
We rented the car here a few times during our stay. $35/per day (Chevrolet Spark), include liability insurance, deposit by credit card. The staff are nice and friendly, we had no issue. Recommend to take photo of the car inside/outside on pre-inspection. Use WhatsApp to check the car availability and price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID!!!
We have booke an excursion, paid extra to be included in the “plus” package, which offered soft drinks and beers throughout journey, lunch box, 2 drinks during dinner. Only warm water was offered on the bus (when outside was +34 degrees), no lunch box no drinks during dinner. In one word NOTHING!!
When asked for the refund of difference between classic package and plus, were refused.
Also the bus was horrible, no proper ac, no space between seats, no usb chargers (all this was also promised btw).
So please do not use their services. Total FRAUD

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DONT USE THIS COMPANY.
We booked the tour on Monday for Wednesday at 7:30 when we arrived with Alfredo. Not much communication besides meet in the front lobby. We waited for 20 minutes before asking the front desk for help. Alfredo ensured us they were coming just running a bit late. After waiting in the lobby for another 40 minutes we contacted him again and again said they were on the way. We ended up waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes, we called again and they said they left us because THEY went to the wrong hotel. Keep in mind we booked though our hotel.
Terrible experience I would book through another company. Read the reviews it’s the same thing every time. DONT PUT ANY MONEY DOWN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a newer travel agent I had a lesson learned with this tour company. Stay away and use the tour companies within your resort. Got two tours at the same time BIG MISTAKE.
our first tour was a cenote tour. When we bought the tour they told us it was a four hour tour with two hours of free swimming and two hours of guided tour. At the end of our three hour tour we were told to wait for our bus we were not told we could go and see the other cenote‘s on our own. Another issue was someone in our group had a medical issue we told them and they refuse to come pick them up to take them back to the hotel. They told them they had to get a taxi.
Our final tour was a fishing boat tour. We were told it was a four hour fishing tour with beer/water provided and guaranteed to catch fish. When we got there you had to walk through 2 feet of seaweed for about 20 feet to get to the boat. Once we got to the boat there was no step or ladder to get onto the boat and no dock. Once we got out to the water we realized they did not have any working lifejackets. All life jackets had broken clips. They also told us that snorkeling equipment was provided to get out in the water to see the coral but all they gave us was goggles. Also did not catch any fish or even a bite.
Very unsafe and smooth you over with their nice smiles and kindness but it is fake

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ *THE BAD REVIEWS ARE WRONG*
I read all the bad reviews and was prepared for anything. Our group of 3 still thought it was the easiest tour to book , especially at 6pm the evening before but they said they could arrange the 650am pick up for the coba and cenotes tour. Really decent price for how much you get!!!
They picked us up on time in a nice van. We got to pay at the office so we can do card or cash.
They took us to the cenotes which I was expecting to be a crowded place, but it was actually a very remote one in the jungle. You get to ride an ATV which I had no idea about and it was SO SO SO fun. They take you to 3 and the guide is awesome. They also take photos but the complaints on here about inflated prices is wrong. It was not that much money so we purchased ours.
They do stop at a few tourist shops but it wasn't that many and if we didn't want to shop we sat on the curb and just enjoyed the sun. They also stop at places to take photos so it isn't for nothing. You also get a tequila tasting which was so good too. If you want to buy tequila save it for the hand made local place they take you to.
By the way in the morning only 1 other person joined our group so it was almost like a private tour.
We then transferred to a bus with others going to coba. Full bus but not crowded. The lunch was amazing and we were so hungry but the buffet had so much food and such good quality. The complaints about it being just rice and beans are wrong but also it's a staple dish....kinda ignorant I think.
After the food, coba!
Our guide was funny and friendly. The complaints about their English not being perfect are ignorant, learn Spanish or download your own tour from YouTube but the guide was able to tell us lots and we understood or asked when we didn't.
Only thing is we wanted coba to climb but it was closed with covid, but that was no fault of the company just a warning if you made it this far into the review that it might be closed still.
Overall the coba cenotes tour was worth every penny and I have no complaints

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went on 2 tours over 2 days the ATV with zip lines, and finally a cenote. Second day was the pyramids and 2 cenotes. Marcos aka (Gato / gatito ) and our driver Jose are the best tons of knowledge and made sure we always felt comfortable and made sure we had enough time for photos and time in the cenotes. Will definitely recommend and come back and see them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went on a trip to Isla Mujeres with Easy Tours from Playa del Carmen. The trip started late and communication wasn't very clear, which meant we were waiting around a lot and got home 2 hours late in the end.
The bus that took us to Cancun was very old, but seats were comfortable enough. The boat was good, but it turned out to be quite a party atmosphere with lots of drunk people, not ideal for a family with small children like us. Alcohol was served throughout the day and that was very obvious with some of the guests who started to behave as such.
The snorkeling trip in the morning was great, but very rushed. I'd probably do some more research before booking next time and choose a more family friendly option, but overall it was an okay trip.
