★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We reserved a car online. We waited 30 minutes in line and our car wasn’t available. The only car available was the most expensive which was almost 3x the original price we had reserved for.
The only option according to the worker was for us to call Hertz to find a new location. We checked online and the car we want was still available to reserve at this location.
We wasted so much time here just waiting in line and on the phone dealing with this location’s error. On the phone, Hertz said cars are subject to availability. So in essence, Hertz advertises cars that are unavailable so when you show up, you have to pay double the price. We straight up asked if that’s how they operate their business and they said yes.
We didn’t rent from here because their business is run so unethically. Avoid at all costs.
