★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente estancia, tiene todos los servicios (agua caliente, aire, incluso mi habitación tenía un frigobar y mesa lo cual agradecí mucho) tiene estacionamiento dentro del hotel y en caso de ser viaje de negocios Sí facturan. En definitiva regreso.
 Excellent stay, it has all the services (hot water, air, even my room had a minibar and table which I really appreciated) it has parking inside the hotel and if it is a business trip, they do bill. I will definitely be back.

Be careful with the manager, she refuses to maintain the department and its equipment. He wants one to pay them. Very poor maintenance of the property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noisey. Late night Mariachi band on the corner, bottle rockets in front in season. Lack of courtesy to me, a single older woman. They were unfriendly in the big picture. Unhelpful w normal tourist info. Stay away from Central Tulum. Drug gangs have infiltrated this area. Staff was two faced friendly...working for tips. I was treated badly, as an older woman traveler. Don't stay there. Too pretentious!!!

She went into the apartment and ATTACKED MY FRIEND!!! She has NO RIGHT TO ENTER AN APARTMENT IN THE NIGHT AND HARASS PEOPLE!!!
She STOLE my friends passport and wouldn’t give it back unless we paid her more. The reviews from expats are horrible!!!!!!
