Anita did a great job with cutting and dyeing my hair (highlights too). I loved the color, and she was fantastic at listening to what I wanted and making it happen. I highly recommend her! I also wanted to try extensions because I've never had long hair. They ended up not being quite what I had expected, but the salon was really professional about trying to find a solution to make me happy, including offering options like a free re-do or a full refund. In the end, they ended up giving me a full refund as part of their customer guarantee. I really appreciated how they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I should also say that while the extensions weren't a good fit for me, I know Anita has many other super satisfied clients and that she's very skilled. So, if you're on the fence and not sure about giving it a try, I'd say to give Anita a call: The salon is really professional and will make sure that you're happy with the outcome. Thanks guys!
