★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The business staff in the main office is absolutely terrible. They won’t help with any your issues, but they will demand that you abide by all their anti-human rules. Loafers, imagining themselves as local kings. Gigantic bureaucracy and the desire to create maximum inconvenience for residents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's really nice. We have a villa and everything is very modern. They have a pool , a lagoon in which you can kayak jacuzzis and gym. The only issue I have is you need Transportation because it's not too close to downtown. Security here is a beast because it's a new development so it is a bit of a pain getting in and out with cabs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's pretty nice and great value for money. But the finishes of the villas would be better, they have many details. I went to see a 3 bedroom villa with jacuzzi but this one was not in the desired state. Parking can't keep up and hopefully they stop building, don't throw trees anymore please
