K	Katrina Stucki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been here several times over the past 20 years. It has gotten very busy, but they have places restrictions on tours in the bay. The beach is beautiful and the restaurants nearby are perfect. The casitas themselves are great. Full kitchens, patios, shade, beach. They will arrange massages, help with recommendations for food and are very responsive. The manager leaves his cell phone number if you need help after hours.
B	B D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is Great. Didn't stay there since only Villa 1 was available at the time and it was very north end and also it was over our budget. However the person " Hector " at the reception is great and friendly. He tried hard to find us a place eventhough it was a last minute request. Beach ,front of the property, was OK. When we were there to check the beach, there were lots of sargassum ( not on the beach but in the sea close to shore).

Very human scale as all casitas are under the tree canopy and have front and back yards. small beach was cleaned every morning of sargasso grass and provided easy walk in to snorkeling. Can walk to all Akumal has to offer.
B	Blake Deeds on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warm, private, and convenient. Great for children, easy clean access to amazing reefs. Diving, shops, bars, and food are all within walking distance. Staff are friendly, fast and easy to enjoy. It’s a community, and deserves appreciation. The neighborhood moray eel is friendly, and the rays pass quietly by at sunset.

The individual (original) casitas are all the same layout, but different decorating, and all consistently clean and beautiful! The beach is just steps from your private patio. We will definitely return!
