Used these guys 3 times. Great hotel pickup and collection service. Decent comms with them on WhatsApp. A few issues were resolved fast. Good turnaround time for the standard speed. Just keep an eye on the fluctuating prices.

Always good customer service that cares. Responds to texts and calls very well. Clothes are clean, folded nicely, and smelling good. They've always gotten them done when they said they would too. Friendly and good reliable cleaner.

We took our clothes last min and they offered express service. The Clothes smelled so good, folded nicely and the best part was the have delivery service! I would definitely recommend this Lavanderia.

These guys have been helpful for getting laundry done quick, and delivered. That makes them slightly more pricey but the convenience while on vacation is worth it. So far, they have always been prompt and brought me back all the clothes I've dropped off!

I went to this laundry because it had really good reviews. However, they completely ruined 3 of my shirts that have the same pink spots as the one on the picture,not to mention the t-shirts are 2 numbers smaller now. They didn't even tell me about it and I paid 90 pesos.

2 Star Review is for the price gouging practice. I understand and expect a higher price for pick up and delivery, however, the price was excessive. We paid $389 pesos at a different laundromat and that included express service.. He charged us $1,200. We needed the service, we gave him our clothes and he gave us an approximate price of $500. I understood price could change because the clothes still had to be weighted. Later that night he sends a message telling us it will be $1,055. I already knew it was excessive buy I said OK. The following morning he sends a message saying it will actually cost $1,200. Be careful with this gentleman. Just look elsewhere.. there are plenty of places that offer the services.

I dropped my laundry off in the morning and came back in the evening to get it. I then realized that I was missing a sock, a pair of underwear, a tshirt, a dress, and the bottom piece of my swimsuit. The woman working that day was quite rude and not helpful in helping me find a solution. She denied ever receiving my missing items which I am 1000% sure were given to her. I came back the following day hoping maybe the items would show up but they did not. I came back again this time hoping to speak to the owner or someone in charge however the women refused to give me the number of anyone and said there was no manager or owner. I went back again today and was able to speak with someone different. I easily lost over $100 worth of clothing from this laundry site. Although 2/3 of the workers have been kind, no one seems to care that this has happened. They claim it never does, however the night I first went to claim my clothes a separate foreigner was there searching for his missing laundry as well. Normally I only write reviews if there’s an amazing place that people should know about. I don’t love that I must bash a small business but with all the available laundromats in Playa, AVOID this one at all costs. And don’t forget to count your items. If you don’t, they’ll insist it’s your fault.

Great service! We went in at 4pm and needed laundry done for that night. They were able to finish the laundry and deliver by the evening (a little extra than 24hr & pick-up but definitely worth the price). Laundry was washed, dried, and folded well. Extra kudos to Fernando - he was the delivery driver and went completely out of his way to drop off our laundry the night that we needed it. There were issues with the security getting into the Playacar area (not his fault), so after lots of back and forth with the security desk & my resort he ended up delivering our laundry to the restaurant we were at, which ended up being over an hour vs. 10 minutes for him. Great job guys!
