Allez y les yeux fermés ! Les chambres sont hyper spacieuses, il y a un espace cuisine avec un frigo, la salle de bain est top. Le lit était super confortable et Netflix est dispo si jamais sur la TV ? un petit havre de paix !

Stayed here for about 2 weeks and love it as Gary and his right hand man Miguel took good care of us .. place was clean and everything worked fine beds were super comfortable .. the kitchen was a real winner as we love to make our own breakfast .. roof terras is great for sun bathing as they have chairs and chilling .. would return here again I can recommend this place .. pool was small but my kids loved it ..

We loved our stay with here, the studios are newly built and everything is very functional! The kitchen is effects equipped and there is a beautiful chill area on the rooftop to see the sunset/sunrise! Our home in Tulum!

Absolutely loved the place, had a hard time to leave the place bc we enjoyed it so much this hotel, the host is super nice, responsive and willing to assist you at any given time Would definitely recommend to stay there The location is ideal bc you are away from thé main road, you can easily park and it’s safe all day and night long Only couple blocks from everything quite French bakery, super cheap laundry place, cheap and quality bike rental You will need a bike to go to the beach or you can park at mystery museum by car it is free The room in itself is huge, we had a king size bed and it was enormous yet super comfy The room comes with an all equipped kitchen with even olive oil, salt and pepper Large refrigerator and freezer, great airco, ventilator, tv with access to different subscription platforms The bathroom is great and very stylish, no door, yet it is quite private and separate from the main room The common area was beyond anything we had before it made it easy to socialize with other guests and also enjoy some private moment if we wanted The pool has the perfect size to refresh itself after a long day at the beach sunbathing Overall we had an amazing experience we would love to go ba

Liz and Gray did a great job with the property. It's very clean, well maintained, and has everything you need. I actually like that it's at the end of the street because it's away from the noise from the main street and it felt very safe to walk around at all hours. Don't get me wrong, it's still centrally located and easy to get to all of downtown. I guess I didn't check the listing before I arrived because I was pleasantly surprised to see a big, comfortable king bed! I also really liked the open format and loved all the storage shelves around the entire room. There's a smart TV where you can log into your own youtube and netflix accounts. Also, the wifi here is fast and great. No issues streaming. Kitchen is functional, there's a small pool, and a rooftop. Overall, it was very quiet, just the way I like it. Plenty of street parking and about 2 spots right in front of the building. Gary was around throughout the day for any questions and I saw Miguel there at all times. He's a very hard working person. Thanks for a great stay!

With my wife we spent there 5 nights and our experience was great. The location is good as it is pretty quiet at night but only 2 minutes brisk walk to the main busy street. It is also easy to park just in front of the hotel on the calm street. Another advantage is that location has enough restaurants around with good price/quality balance. The room/apartment was clean and nice. The TV doesn't have antenna connected so you can't watch local channels, but it has apps like youtube, netflix, amazon, etc. so you can login with your account or just use the youtube for free. I like that there was liquid body wash and shampoo included, it was our only accommodation in Mexiko the body wash was liquid :). We wasn't sure if the accommodation includes room cleaning, but yes our the room was cleaned regularly. A few days, we had some stomach issues so I appreciate that equipment was efficient enough for cooking (we cooked some rise, tea etc.). Great advantage - there is place next to the pool where you can pour purified water, take some tea, even use repelent. There are also nice book guides - about local attractions or just about Yucatan etc. The pool isn't big but it is pretty nice and it fulfils its purpose when you need to cool down after walking in warm day. I must also highlight the owner - Liz. He speaks english perfectly, which is great benefit over some hotels we visited in Mexico. He was very helpful and friendly. The only disadvantage is a little bit noisier fridge but we got used to it. Overall we were very satisfied.
