★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de ayer 3 de abril x la noche compré un equipo Motorola g8 en la tienda autorizada Telcel de av Tulum dicho equipo no carga además q al checarlo tiene agregados contactos q se agregaron en diciembre y sms de códigos de wathzapp y Facebook como es esto posible en un equipo q me están vendiendo como nuevo me dirigi el día de hoy a buscar el cambio de dicho equipo y Diana la empleada q me atendió me indica q lo q ella puede hacer es enviarlo a garantía como defecto de fábrica se me hace una estafa hacer esto ya q dicho aparato indica q fue utilizado como antes mencioné en el mes de diciembre intente hablar con el gerente Antonio Ancona para el cambio de aparato x otro q realmente sea nuevo oh la devolución de mi dinero y me dicen q no está en la tienda y eñq no ahí ninguna solución a mi problema y aparte de recibir una muy mala atención ya q la chica Diana es bastante grosera y de muy mal modo pz ahora oh tengo q aceptar mentir y mandarlo como garantía de defecto de fábrica oh perder mi dinero pido a ustedes me indiquen una solución para este problema que es lo q me aconsejas hacer para resolverlo

compre uno y no servia el touch creen y no me quisieron hacer válida la garantía después de una hora de comprado

fui a un centro de atención de clientes de Telcel y me comentaron que el equipo no estaba en sus bases de datos de equipos vendidos por ellos y que este distribuidor posiblemente no estaba registrado y que hiban a investigar con su departamento de distruibidores autorizados con el tiquete de compra del equipo defectuoso que les compre

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came here to get prepaid SIM cards as travellers. Avoid this place, there’s another telcel distributor a few blocks east along the main strip - go there instead. We had multiple problems here: 1) their computer stopped working so we could only active 1 of the 2 SIM cards we bought so we had to go somewhere else to buy the second one, 2) they overcharged us about 150 pesos as our second SIM card cost 150 pesos less with the same plan and also purchasing from a MegaCel, and 3) for the SIM card they did activate, they wrote down the wrong phone number which we didn’t know until we recharged it and ended up recharging someone else’s phone and needing to pay for the additional data a second time. All in all terrible experience.
