★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal grosero e ineficiente, lugar sucio, mal señalizado, no hay procesos claros, y mucho calor. No tienen criterio y para explicar un envío de sobre simple, te tratan como si debieras saber su procedimiento y si no te ven con cara de tonto.
No vale la pena usar este mal servicio que de por sí ya esta en decadencia y extinguiéndose. Mejor pagar mensajería privada. Ademas de CERO MEDIDAS DE PROTECCION DEL COVID Y EL PERSONAL NO USA MASCARAS.
Rude and inefficient staff, dirty place, poorly signposted, no clear processes, and very hot. They have no criteria and to explain a simple envelope shipment, they treat you as if you should know their procedure and if they don't they see you with a stupid face.
It is not worth using this bad service that in itself is already in decline and dying out. Better pay private messaging. In addition to ZERO COVID PROTECTION MEASURES AND THE STAFF DOES NOT WEAR MASKS.
