Nice place to take with a sad story behind it, it is kind of a creepy museum with great colonial architecture, there are a few rooms that I wish they were explained the reason behind them, there's a room filled with crucifix and one with clocks that I have no idea why they were like that... There is a nice view of the city once you're done with the tour.

Many antiques from the 19th and 18th century. The back story is a little silly but ads a touch of intrigue and realism to an otherwise simple display.

Highly recommendable museum from this city, very accessible, if you show your student ID, they make you a discount, very interesting expositions and it's located in Querétaro's down town, they've got a viewer in one of the rooms where you can take nice pics.

Very interesting history of the couple that used to live there. The majority of the items from the house are from the 17th and 18th century.

Just as an fyi Children under 3 are required to wear a mask. We could not actually enter the museum because my 1 year old will not leave a mask on for more than a few minutes. They do offer a backroom for an adult to wait in with a child, which is a nice work around, although that does not work for our family specifically. Not sure how to score this review, just trying to pass on information I wish I'd had before arriving at the museum. I can say that the lady at the counter was extremely nice and did her best to offer every possible accommodation while following museum rules.

It's a trap people! There is nothing left of the house inside, the walls are painted white. Soooo, you pay 60 pesos to literally see antique furniture, and then 20 more to be able to take pictures of said antique furniture. For 0 pesos I can just go to an antique store.

Elegant house with lots of period antiques and furnishings. 2 videos telling about the history of the house. Well worth a stop to visit.
