Querian cobrar otro día por no poder concluir la instalación el dái que fueron; me querian cobrar el día de 3 personas; un abuso. Les cancele la instalación y solo les compre la malla, y al querer instalarla, aun sin ser atirantada, se le empezaron a caer los ojillos, al reclamarles dijeron que no se hacian rsponsables pues ellos no instalaron. De malisima calidad la malla.

I canceled the installation and only bought the mesh, and when he wanted to install it, even without being cable-stayed, his eyes began to fall, when he complained they said that they were not responsible because they did not install. Poor quality mesh.

All the order I made for tights, the measurements were wrong, much smaller. They were not responsible and wanted to add patch to complete them, other than me carrying them or paying the cost of collection and shipping.

Pongo tres estrellas por que no puedo poner 2 y media, y creo que poner dos sería injusto para el establecimiento, pero detallo mi limitada experiencia.
Los busqué primero por llamada, donde me atendieron bastante bien y me explicaron que podía hacer un pedido con medidas definidas o que podían hacer un levantamiento y apoyarme con mis necesidades particulares, el costo fue de $100 (creo que depende de la zona) y se abonarían si comprara la malla sobra y/o la instalación.
El día del levantamiento estuvo todo ok, tomaron medidas y me explicaron materiales y colores, a demás de el alcance de la empresa en torno a la instalación y fabricación, y llegamos a dos alternativas que supuestamente me iban a cotizar, ahí empezó el problema.
El levantamiento lo hicieron un día martes y me dijeron que debería recibir las cotizaciones al otro día en la mañana, esperé hasta el jueves sin recibir nada cuando mandé mensaje de nuevo y me dijeron que ya estaban trabajando en la cotización y que la recibiría pronto, pasó un día más sin recibir respuesta y en ese punto decidí mejor dar marcha atrás con sus servicios dado que no me inspiró mucha confianza el seguir trabajando después del incumplimiento. Externé mi posición y solicité un reembolso del anticipo y quedaron de hacerlo el mismo día viernes.
No quedó ese mismo día y tuve que volver a preguntar días después para dar seguimiento y que lo hicieran.
Después de leer más reseñas con problemas creo que tomé la mejor decisión, pero debo de ser claro al decir salvo la informalidad con la que cumplieron sus tiempos, la atención fue excelente, profesional y cordial, que NO fui cliente a final de cuentas y que a pesar que tuve que volver a preguntar, a final de cuentas el reembolso quedó hecho sin más.
Hay muchísimas empresas que se dedican a esto, con eso en mente, no creo que les daría otra oportunidad, pero no me atrevería a decir que no los recomiendo. Espero que haya sido un caso asilado.
Neutral experience, no service really.
I put three stars because I can't put 2 and a half, and I think that putting two would be unfair to the establishment, but I detail my limited experience.
I looked for them first by calling, where they treated me quite well and explained that I could make an order with defined measurements or that they could do a survey and support me with my particular needs, the cost was $100 (I think it depends on the area) and they would pay if you bought the leftover mesh and/or the installation.
The day of the survey everything was ok, they took measurements and explained materials and colors to me, in addition to the scope of the company regarding installation and manufacturing, and we came up with two alternatives that were supposedly going to quote me, that's where the problem began.
They did the survey on a Tuesday and they told me that I should receive the quotes the next day in the morning, I waited until Thursday without receiving anything when I sent a message again and they told me that they were already working on the quote and that I would receive it soon, Another day went by with no response and at that point I decided it was better to backtrack on their services since I didn't feel very confident about continuing to work after the breach. I externalized my position and requested a refund of the advance and they agreed to do so on the same day, Friday.
He didn't stay that same day and I had to ask again days later to follow up and have them do it.
After reading more reviews with problems, I think I made the best decision, but I must be clear when I say, except for the informality with which they met their deadlines, the attention was excellent, professional and cordial, that I was NOT a client at the end of the day and that Although I had to ask again, in the end the refund was made without further ado.
There are tons of companies out there that do this, and with that in mind, I don't think I'd give them another chance, but I wouldn't go so far as to say I don't recommend them. I hope it was an isolated case.
