★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedro and Rodrigo organized great dive and snorkel experiences for our family group of 6 in Cozumel in June 2021. Communication was easy and prompt via WhatsApp. Pricing was fair and clear about what was included in the excursion. We paid part in cash and the rest on credit card (for a small additional fee - standard in Mexico). I recommend discussing method of payment ahead of time so expectations are clear.
We were picked up promptly. Taxi fares and ferry tickets were included for to get us to/from our condo, the island, and the marina. Everyone spoke English which was nice because some of our group speak Spanish and some do not.
The dive equipment was in good condition. We were given bottled water and fruit on the boat. Our guide Orlando gave wonderful personal attention, especially to me as a new diver. He made sure we all were safe and felt relaxed and had a great time! He took many amazing pictures with his GoPro camera and we were happy to purchase those since we didn't have a dive camera. We will be happy to dive and snorkel again with Nevado Tours if we return to Cozumel/Playa del Carmen! ??❤
