Playa Punta Morena - Quintana Roo C-1

Only stop here if you're ready to drop a lot of money for lunch and be hounded by vendors throughout the meal. Family of four, it ended up being over $130 usd for bland food, only the pizza was any good and none of it was worth the prices. This is a private beach and it is beautiful although swimming isn't really ideal anyways. Try any other stop on that side of the island because it couldn't be much worse so what is there to lose.

4-21-22 This beach was part of a cruise excursion so I can't speak for the cost to just show up and partake. Secluded, natural beach. Rocky with strong waves but very beautiful. Today a lot of seaweed was washed up and people were clearing it. This beach is a great lounge beach for scenery. It really is a fantastic view. Around the beach are numerous chairs, umbrellas, hammocks, etc. There is an open air restaurant on it it as well. Ate there but there is a separate listing for that so I won't comment here. I don't like the perpetual harassing by people trying to sell you pointless things. It is beyond annoying. These folks will come up to you whether you are in the restaurant or on the beach. And when I say perpetual, I mean it. Clothing, massages, toys, photos, and random BS that you can get in any port/touristy area in Mexico. Expect this and be prepared to say "no thanks" until your voice gives out.

We took a taxi here from the cruise port and it was worth the 20-30 minute ride. We found chairs and camped out for a couple hours having a few drinks and lunch. Our taxi was waiting for us at the time we told him we wanted to head back. They do accept credit card at the beach which made ordering lunch and drinks easier.

Seafood spot on the water. A nice place to hang out for the whole day. Cabanas and hammocks all over. Service is quick and with a smile. Make sure you stop here when on the island.

Nice place for a drink, food, and beach time. Sand is very soft, so be prepared to walk your way through it to get to the beach. Could have done without all the merchants, but food and drinks were very good.

Best kept secret in Cozumel. Won't find it without a rental car. Most amazing beach, great place to swim, have lunch and some great drinks.

One of the best beach club on this side of island. No extra pay for using all the staff, only min 200 pesos per person in restaurant. Good restaurant.
