Absolutely loved diving with Luis and could not have asked for a better guide. He is very knowledgable of everything under water and above water. We were originally going to dive one day but loves diving with him so much, we ended up diving two days. My partner and I loved the small group and we were most lucky to have him as our guide. We would highly highly recommend Luis and his team!

Dove with ScubaLuis for four days, and he was wonderful. Picked us up from our dock at the resort we were staying at, kept our gear and rinsed it each night, and had a small boat that kept our group very small and personalized. In addition, Luis is a Cozumel local that has been diving his whole life and knows the area incredibly well. I highly recommend ScubaLuis if you're looking for a small, professional, and personalized dive operator.

Great guys to dive with. I did 40 dives with them and they went way out of the way to make it a great experience each time. Ray taught my advanced open water and nitrox. He’s unbelievably patient and tolerant. Thanks for a wonderful adventure my amigos.

Excellent experience with Scuba Luis. Our family of five all completed Advanced Open Water certification during our time with Merino (Boat Captain) and Carlos (PADI Dive Instructor). We rented everything except mask and fins. Equipment was expertly fitted and perfectly maintained. Regulators were easy breathing and no free flows from main or octo. The boat was in perfect shape, very comfortable back roll entry and Merino takes your tank/BCD/fins at the ladder, then you climb aboard. Merino tracked us carefully by following our bubbles and was amazing at picking us up in a safe and efficient manner. Carlos is an absolute treasure of a Dive Instructor. His knowledge, patience, and friendly personality are why we come to Cozumel every year to dive with him. I give my highest recommendation to Scuba Luis and his staff. My husband and I have been diving in so many places around the world but I must say , scuba luis is one of the best service we had in the ocean ! We loved our week with Luis! Our family of six had different skill levels of divers from experienced to first open water divers. We dove with Luis and Jaime and really enjoyed both. Our boat captain Marino was amazing! Courteous and safe. Jaime tied us palm leave origami creatures in between dives. We dove for a week and dove 4 times a day most days. We did a twilight and night dive which was awesome. They had the best boat snacks including fresh fruit, chips, baked goods and plenty of other snacks. They let us choose our dives. Luis was really good at working with new divers and adjusted equipment and trained our less experienced divers before and during the dives. We saw everything one would hope to see in Cozumel including eels, nurse sharks, huge eagle rays, sting rays, toad fish, octopus turtles, tropical fish and pipe fish. Luis was super respectful of the marine life. Sometimes with the current is was a challenge to keep all of us together and point out cool stuff but they did a great job. Having a boat of six all to ourselves was great and being picked up at the dock very close to our condo was great. We will definitely be diving with Luis next time we are in Cozumel!

Great Diving, Friendly Staff, Wonderful experience - Prior to my cruise ship port visit, I reached out to Scuba Luis to inquire on a morning 2-tank boat dive. Luis responded promptly and he was able to accommodate our somewhat later cruise ship arrival. As a PADI DiveMaster, I was very impressed with his dive staff, their attention to detail, and their ability to accommodate divers of different experience level. I highly recommend you dive with Scuba Luis!

While I have dived several times in Cozumel this was the first time with Luis and his crew. Very pleasant and enjoyable time, one of several things I appreciated was the that Luis was always in time. Each and everytime on time and I dove with ScubaLuis for two weeks. Crew was great, there were cushions, towels and water bottle waiting for you when you came up after the dives. Fruit, sweets, water and soft drinks were offered. Want to take your gear off before re-entering the boat, they encouraged it! Change your gear over to new tank, sit back and relax, ScubaLuis and the crew have it handled Need picked up at hotel, dock etc, no problem. One group I dove with wanted slower dive pace so the could look for macro life, no problem. (OkieScuba.com) If you want enjoyable smaller boats ScubaLuis is your go to. By smaller, 3-12 people boat. I will definitely be using ScubaLuis again.
