Terreo Decor - 77760 Tulum

This store is extremely unprofessional. I asked how much this candle cost and they gave me a price. When I return to the store they said that they did not have credit card and I needed to get cash. When I return to the store I brought the cash with me and they said that they can take credit cards. When they delivered the items they delivered the Candel without the base you see in the picture. Their excuse? They said my words were “ I asked how much the candle was worth?”. It did not occur to me that I had to ask that the base was not part of the candle. It’s like buying a car and getting it delivered without wheels. These guys have no customer service and they are very very shady in my opinion. I’ve had nothing but great experiences buying things in Tulum but this is definitely the worst experience I’ve had so far. Just so you know I never give bad reviews. I only give good reviews so the fact that this is a bad review is significant. Instead of trying to resolve the issue they just pushed me off to one person to another. This is unfortunate and I wish they would’ve handled it a lot better. They did not even offer a solution in any Fashion. I talk to the manager and the manager said I needed to talk to the sales person and the sales person said I needed to talk to the manager. I asked for the owner and they said that they were out of the country. No bueno!
