We stayed for only one night in one of their suites, which is rally more like a family room with two bedrooms and one bathroom. The outdoor area was well maintained, but the rooms have seen better days.

Wasn't really sure about this place when I booked it. However was pleasantly surprised. Our room was very nice and the location couldn't be beat. Close to everything, we did end up buying the breakfast plan, however save your money The food was sub par and really not worth it plus the stuff in the restaurant was rather on rhe rude side Given all of the great restaurants near by you can eat very well cheaply. But for sure this hotel is worth a stay when in Mexico

Pick a different place. They put me on the 2nd floor which is actually the 3rd floor with no elevator. Don't waste your money on the $300 all inclusive option. Its a waste you'll save money going to the local places and have more fun. Its not really a resort just a hotel. Spend the extra money for a true all inclusive resort where the service is better.

We really enjoyed our time here. It was an easy commute to the beach especially if you went early. Normally we like to stay on the beach but it is not as easy to do in that part. So, this is wonderful compromise.

Location is priceless, rooms are kind of old and service is not awesome... But if you plan to travel around Riviera Maya and visit small towns around, this hotel is perfect.

The hotel looks like nobody has refreshed anything since opening. Everything is just old and worn out. I had to fix the shower on my own, cause the water was going literally everywhere but where it should (on the picture it is already fixed, believe me). Staff is oft n very rude, unhelpful and respectless (excluding cleaning personell, they are super nice and do their job pretty well - extra star for them!). So called "hotel manager" told to my friend that the staff behaviour is not his problem (what?!). Who is responsible for  hiring and training those people then?! Expression "it's not our problem" is their favourite answer to all the complaints. Save yourself the struggle, find another hotel. Bonus! If you are lucky enough you may find some dead bugs under the blanket! I'm not kidding. Avoid!

The hotel is nice and cozy with lots of beautiful tropical plants in the yard. The employees speak Spanish and English, all personnel is very polite and helpful. I didn't like the room as the iron furniture is all rusty and rotten, the pillows and towels are super old and worn out, the faucets in the bathroom are barely working, and there is no hair dryer.

We have just stayed in this hotel. We paid for the deluxe room. The room has nothing to do with the word deluxe. It is old, ruined, barely open the balcony door, hot water flows for 2 minutes, view from the balcony of the tree and construction site, no drinking water and glasses, no kettle as written, dirty sheets, slowly connected to wifi. two small beds, although we like you par, which you put on booking a double bed. All wrong. We do not recommend this hotel!
