Great spot, so close to everything. Bikes included was a bonus! We rode them everywhere. About 12-15mins to the beach and 3-5 mins to the main area with tons of restaurants. Pablo who is the property manager is great, very helpful English is fantastic. He told us all the best ways to get around and the best cenotes to visit. Pool was exactly what we needed after a long beach or adventure day and was always clean. Rooms were updated and everything very clean. Safe and secure, there was security all night long. Area is safe and very local, we loved it. Also we had a sweet little cat hang out with us all week. We named her Tigre, she loves a full belly, some water and napping. Please feed her :)

Perfect location nearby the centre of Tulum town. Amazing, clean and big apartments. Friendly and helpful staff. They provide also complimentary bicycles in order to explore the town. As it is Valentine's Day today, when we returned to our apartment No A5, we found a complimentary bottle of red wine. What a nice touch. Higly recommended?

The apartments are clean and have all the basics (a decently equipped kitchen with a fridge and a microwave, you can cook full meals)do not expect any luxuries, their swimming pool is small but it is enough for some relaxation before heading out to town to grab something to eat or to go bar hopping. Just blocks away from the big Chedraui supermarket and the beach road. I think it is a good spot for someone who is staying in Tulum for a few weeks to save some bucks. A little lackluster in certain aspects like not enough towels or pillows, the futton (sofa bed) offered as a 2nd bed is very uncomfortable and it is outside the bedroom which is a little inconvenient for families with small children. Their staff is very polite and they do their best to keep in touch with you as much as they can. Would recommend but it is not the type of place for relaxing and staying a whole weekend as stated before.
