★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not buy here for your own sake. It took them months from the promised delivery date (common local incompetence). We forced them to give the key. Nothing was ready for the move. They had to clean tiles five hundred times from all the spots of concrete and paint. They are still cleaning them every day (2 local ladies with a scrubber sweating). The architect is a joke of a professional. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THIS PLACE OR EVEN LOOK AT IT!
