Muy buena experiencia! Attendida por Nancy, que fuy muy professional y amable. El coche (con aire, radio bluetooth, limpio y en super estado) y el servicio, todo rapido y perfecto! Great experience, I'd definitely rent here again. Nancy made our reservation, handed us the car the next day and did the check when we got back - all very professional, quick and friendly. The car was perfect (we had AC, bluetooth radio, it was very clean, and drove super smoothly).

Gorge and Nancy were amazing! While I visited Carmen de playa they helped me rent a car twice to go to chichen itza! It’s was three hour trip there and back and absolutely had no issues with the car. They have newer model cars that are reliable with excellent and fast service. When traveling in a foreign country I always recommend getting the fullest coverage insurance possible so you are safe and good. Mexico is a different driving world with cars doing what ever they want and road conditions that have potholes and underdeveloped roads. Ask Gorge for the best deal he can do always ask if the whole price is included with the fullest insurance. …. They are also really honest as I left my Gucci sun glasses in the car and they returned them to me !! Could not recommend any other company or people to rent from!

Great service from Ruben! He was extremely responsive on WhatsApp. He offered a reasonable price right away. Upon arriving, he walked me around the entire car to inspect for scratches and dents. He checked them all off the paper himself. He was very attentive and friendly, even with the language barrier. He ensured we knew how to use everything properly.

Worse car rental service in Playa. Reserved a car 4 days in advance. They charged the credit card right away. The day of our rental, we go there and they don’t have our car. The previous renter just decided to keep it. Seriously screws up our plans for a beautiful Saturday. Would not recommend. They don’t take their customers seriously.

Excelente service. We have rented with multiple companies with horrible experiences and surprise fees. U Drive was a breath of fresh air. From booking the reservation to returning the car was seamless. The prices are as advertised and very economical. Nancy at the desk was very friendly and helpful.

Great experience with Ruben and the rental car. He was honest and was a pleasure to deal with. We liked him and the experience so much that we decided to stay in the hotel for a night. It was great all around. Best price for a rental with no strings or hidden fees. The price was the price with no surprises. Will rent from here again when we are back in Playa. This car rental is definitely not serious and not trustworthy! First they charge you more deposit than all other rentals (8000 instead 5000 pesos), second there is no direct contact person you can call. The only contact is the stuff of a small hotel reception which is no help because no one speaks English. In the end they did not pay us back our deposit due to a faulty reverse gear which they claimed was caused by us. We drove the car only one day and did nothing wrong with it. That is unbelievable I have never heard something like that from any other car rental. Charging customers for the maintenance of the car. It seems to be a trap that they do with all tourists who rent that car. As it was in the weekend when we gave back the car they said they have to wait until Monday to bring it to the mechanic. They wanted to send us a bill later but until now I only received an audio message in Spanish nothing else! We waited now for over one month and tried even to talk to someone from U drive central but they insist that we are responsible for fault that was existing before. I will now hire my lawyer to solve this issue.
