★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took the ferry to come back from cozumel to playa with the car, I guess was ok the service was alright, it takes a while, they ask you to be there if you have a reservation which we had 90 min before the time scheduled, we were and we were firsts in the boat, if you don't have reservation you need to be there at least two and a half hrs before apparently, cause it could get full, the ride took about 1 1/2 hrs. They have an AC area with a coffee shop, the seats are not super comfortable but they are not too bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible organisation. Impossible to purchase ticket online. Have to wait for 4.5 hours to get to the ferry.
Do yourself a favor, use different meat of transportation to get to Cozumel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Website says there is a boat at 9:30. Upon arrival there is only a boat at 12:30 (not mentioned on their website). Buying the ticket for the 12:30 boat is 'not possible at that time, please come back in 2 hours'. Worst ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be prepared to spend five hours of your vacation in your car in the ferry line, each way. The ferry runs only a handful of time during the day. Don't trust the website, they cancel without notice too. Taking a car to Cozumel was the worst decision ever. Both ferry companies are as inefficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome car ferry experience from Playa del Carmen to Cozumel. Clean airoconditioned waiting area. Coffee, snacks and softdrinks available onboars. 400 mxn peso (20 USD) one-way. Well organized boarding. Clear jumbo sized next time ferry departure signs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got up early to take the 9h30 ferry clearly advertised on their website.
When arriving there we (and a bunch of other people) were told this ferry does not exist. There is a 12h30 ferry instead...
They claimed this ferry was "the other company's" although clearly advertised on their website.
They took non of the responsibility and stated we should have checked their Facebook for up to date information?!
For us this just meant a lost day, for some people this meant missing a flight.
Not okay at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They get the job done. Definitely recommend reserving your spot in advance, and prepare for it to take awhile. The website will say it takes 45 mins, but it's closer to 2 hours. They do serve food and drinks on board, and it's an opportunity to enjoy the ocean view. The boat rocks and sways alot, so if you get motion sickness you will want to avoid. The food is nothing special: sandwiches, hotdogs, popcorn, etc., but the attendant prepares everything to order. The cabin is air conditioned. All in all if you have to use a ferry they're the one you want.
