J	Jessica Kuddes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since it was a gift trip, I wasn't sure what all inclusive meant. For the next one after me, wondering. It's an all you can eat and drink. The staff does their best to pamper and spoil you for your whole trip. I wish I had brought cash. The staff are wonderful and I frequently found myself wanting to tip. Make sure your swim trunks fit. They do not have any large sizes in the shop. The in room dining isn't bad. But the restaurants are where it's at. The food is awesome. Order more than one dish. Portions are small and you're expected to order more than one plate. Gotta try the salmon. It is amazing in all the different dishes they cooked it in.

Housekeeping took great pride in magnificent rooms. We felt secure of outside dangers. But when an apparently drunk guest mistook our room for there's, we had to call for security assistance 4 times before we felt safe again. We would have felt better if our room had a functioning safety latch on the door. We would come back.

The poolside staff work very hard to keep you comfortable, not an easy job when it's 90 degrees and wearing a mask. The only downside is the rooms are damp from the humidity. Otherwise perfect.

The rooms are comfortable, stylish with great ocean views. The beach to one side has clear access to snorkel all the way out to the reef. Try the mixology class with Luis, he is amazing! Kristel, our host, got in contact with us each day to make sure anything we needed was provided for us. The staff were coming by at just the right interval to make sure you had all the drinks and food you needed while relaxing at the pool. There was live music, entertainment and dancing each night in the main bar lounge, but the main focus of this resort was a more chill environment.
M	M A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In their defense the resort is in the jungle. I don't think I was prepared for all the wildlife we saw as we walked around on the resort. The room was very nice with the swim up pool. The food was average with the exception of the Italian dinner and the Hibachi dinner. They were both excellent. The service at the restaurants are best if your reservations are at the earliest time slots. It seemed like the later we went the slower the service was. I loved that there was 24 hour room service. The Cafe, which is open until 2am, has very good pastries (honey chocolate brownie) and salads and sandwiches. From what I could tell they made great coffee also. The room butler, Carlos, was amazing and housekeeping was one of the best I've had. We never ran out of towels or beverages for our fridge.

My company reserved cabanas for us, which was awesome! The hotel has things to do and lots to enjoy. I'm a vegetarian and the food was so great, which is not common at all-inclusive resorts.

Each person tries to make your stay memorable and personal. -The resort is very clean, the rooms are well appointed and most importantly, meet my smell test. The whole place literally smells clean and fresh all of the time. -Tasty food options and no watered down bar drinks. -Plenty of ways to experience the area are made available and most excursions can be booked through the resort. Strongly recommend for adults looking for an all inclusive in this area!

The service was exceptional from the minute we checked in. The property was beautiful and well maintained. The food was outstanding, and they offer a unique mix of foods spanning Mediterranean, Mexican, and Asian cuisine at the main restaurants. When we booked our room, we shared that it was our honeymoon; we received a few extras to celebrate including a rose and rose pedals on the bed, and a bottle of champagne. Our concierge helped us throughout our stay. We can’t wait for an excuse to come back!
