★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a fantastic time at Villas Roseliz. Punta Allen was a great place to get away from the crowds and enjoy the special beaches of Quintana Roo. We got a big, comfortable room with a king size bed. Lea was lovely and provided help above and beyond. We had a great hotel experience and felt at home. Highly recommended! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all you need to understand this a place with no human settlements in a 50 kilometer radius. Once that is settled, awesome place to stay in Punta Allen, good beds, showers, your front view will be the ocean, they have their own generator so if you need it they can keep the lights on all night, there's an amazing view of the sky no light pollution, they have little kitchen that you can use and last but not least Leah and David are great hosts, I traveled there by myself and I felt like I was at home. I would definitely spend a week there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't expect a luxury hotel. This is a simple yet magical little hotel with a vibe of tranquility. Extremely friendly personal.
Note, some hours of the day there is no electricity (it's the town policy) but the rooms have a good breeze.
A perfect place to disconnect your phone and enjoy some time remotely

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel has a great location and is steps from the beach. Sonia and David were very helpful. Their dogs were the best part! Extremely friendly and protective of us!! The wifi was a little spotty but as long as you don't need to have zoom meetings, you'll be just fine. Power is off from 7-10 am and from 2-6 pm but not really an issue. There is air conditioning in the room. Highly recommend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is just fantastic. We got the room number one and heard the waves all night long. The rooms are spacious and clean, there is always hot water. David is super friendly. He organized two tours for us with amazing people (Israel and Francisco) and with them we could enjoy the nature in Punta Allen. Sonja is like a mama, she is always available and prepare the best food whenever we wanted. We enjoyed sitting in the yard with our feet in the sand in complete relax. Hope to go there soon again!
