Muy buen sitio con piscina privada. Han sido muy amables con nosotros y dispone de vigilancia privada 24h. Muy recomendable!

Appartement Bien situé a playa del carmen, à proximité des commodités et à 10min de la plage a pied. L'appartement était propre, dommage que la douche de la chambre n'avait pas d'eau chaude malgré après l'avoir signalé au propriétaire qui est très exigeant sur les règles (pas de bruits, restitution des clés a l'heure exacte...)

Este lugar fue perfecto para toda mi familia. Servicio muy amable con seguridad las 24 horas. Pudimos caminar a la playa, 5ta Avenida y a muchas tienda y restaurantes. Todo muy accesible. Regresaríamos a este mismo lugar por seguro ?

Estancia genial, la casa estaba equipada con todo y Angel fue muy amable con nosotros en todo momento, dando un servicio de 10. Además la ubicación es genial, al lado de restaurantes y supermercado y nada más a 15 min de la 5a avenida. Cuenta con parking dentro privado y vigilancia 24h. Lo recomiendo 100%

Amazing villas! The owner was very nice! We had a lovely time! :)

Had booked the apartment with pool as I was traveling with Family. It is actually a lane house style with 3 bed rooms which can fit 6 people. It has 2 bathrooms with shower only in the bed area on the upper floor and a guest toilet on the ground floor. The living room could fit also one sleeper so a total of 7 people can stay in. The kitchen is fully equipped with all for 6 persons. TV has internet access with YouTube and Netflix options open to use.The apartment is central located in a residential neighborhood. 15 minutes walk to the beach and the Cozumel ferry port. 6 minutes walk to the chedraui supermarket and 10 minutes to wahlmart. Also a small OXXO is just around the corner at the gas station for 24hrs needs. Arrived at 4am which was not a problem, the security team accommodated me and took the time to explain how everything works.Overall a very nice space which I would chose again. I gave 5 star ratings for the friendly staff services given from the maintenance and security team. They were awesome.A few things to mention which I experienced:- Floor was not very clean, walking barefoot is not recommended- housekeeping service need to be requested prior, nobody came but was told that I can ask for 2 days before departure. This includes garbage removal and amenity replacements (toilet paper, etc.) so ask for it.- early February 2019 was all ways somebody constructing and we had hammering, scratching or drilling noises from 8am to 6pm- The water boiler was not started when arrived so had 1 day no warm water- The pool was under maintenance and could only be used after 1 day.- master bedroom has no insulation and single layer glass windows facing the road. Exactly in front of the window is a street bump which can be annoying when not used to noise.Overall the place a great value for money and a comfortable to stay at. We enjoyed our time and the friendly staff is a real highlight.
