The pilots are great and make you feel like you are getting that extra VIP treatment. they have quite a few locations where you can go and the price is pretty good compared with the service they provide. If you are looking to get to a wonderful place in the Riviera Maya and dont want to take 4 hours to get there this is the best option you have.
