★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience! Not only was it affordable for the laundry service, they also offered home pick- up and next day delivery. All this for under $150 pesos (this is amazing). The staff were responsive via whatsapp and highly professional. I will continue to use this company whenever I need my laundry done in Tulum. Thanks Washit Lavanderia! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you need laundry services in Tulum this is the place! Very good price for the amount of clothes we had (almost 7kg), were responsive on whatsapp, and even offered drop off service to our resort on the beach! Terrific!

Great service, great prices - 6 kilograms for 100 pesos.
Would definitely recommend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience ever! They lost at least 8 items, including new T-shirts and an expensive dress. I had no resolution of the issue, they didn’t apologise and didn’t even give us money back which wouldn’t cover the price of the lost items anyway. Very disappointing experience! We lost at least $120!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love their service! One of the few laundry places here in Tulum that do pickup and delivery right to your house/Airbnb/hotel.
I’ve used them exclusively since being in tulum because they’re fast to respond and quick with my laundry. If it’s pickup in the morning, they will be finished and deliver it back to you on the same day unless told otherwise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was originally going to use a laundry service near my apartment rental, as the folks at the apartment had no recommendations. When I looked up that service on Google, the reviews were horrible. So I found this place. And all of the five stars are all warranted! The people were super responsive, helpful, and picked up my laundry at my hotel really quickly. My laundry was even ready sooner than they said! It all came back perfect and smelling great.
