We ended up purchasing a presale, and since we don’t live in the area, Alberto would send us photos and videos of the progress so we felt like we were there! He’s fluent in English and Spanish and has a large network in the whole Tulum/Playa del Carmen/Cancun area. We can’t recommend Alberto enough!

Alberto is the best real estate agent out there! He is hospitable, friendly, and comforting. On top of those great personal qualities, he is very professional and can really deliver what you want and need! My husband and I messaged him about 8 months before arriving to Tulum and he kept in touch with us throughout that length of time, following up right before we arrived. Once we arrived in Tulum, we told him what we were looking for and he promptly had a list of places to look at. The following day he had appointments scheduled and even picked us up and drove us to the appointments. He didn’t waste our time on properties that didn’t fit our criteria. From the beginning we felt like he had our best interest in mind. We decided on a property he had on the list that wasn’t built yet. He was with us every step of the way and recommended an amazing real estate lawyer to help us out as well.
