★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I stumbled upon this great little cafe after church one day on our last trip to Playa del Carmen, Mexico. We were pleasantly surprised by how nice it was on the inside and how great the food was. I ordered the hamburger (with an extra patty) and loved it. This hamburger rivals anything in the USA. The staff are super friendly and we loved the ambiance. My wife bought a Children's Bible in Spanish for the grandkids. We love to leave reviews of little start-ups like this one and would recommend this little place to anyone visiting Playa del Carmen (by the way, the Church above...Cornerstone Community Church) speaks English and is a very friendly, sweet little church if you want to have a place to worship on vacation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend and I went to this cafe before church while we were on vacation in Playa del Carmen last April. We had an amazing experience. The staff was super sweet, they actually smile and made us feel like they really wanted us to be there. This is a Christian Cafe (they play Christian music in the background). My boyfriend had a monster sized burrito and I had a giant hamburger (called "The Morning Star Cafe"). Then I totally broke my diet with this cheescake you see in the photo. Oh and the coffee! So GOOD! I had no idea that Mexico had coffee like that. I actually bought a bag to bring back as a souvenir. I really recommend this little place. You will love it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very nice place. You don't feel like you are in a big food chain. It's very nicely designed and decorated. You feel like you are in a smaller community mom and pop shop but on the upper scale.. food is pretty good and reasonably priced. If you are a true coffee lover this is the place. There are some interesting items on the menu which separates it from your average American breakfast joint.
