★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está más menos surtido hay materias que no trabajan y otros que no conocen en cuanto a la atención en mostrador una persona es atenta las otras muy indiferentes en caja lo mismo y en entrega de materiales hay varios incluyendo a una mujer que se comportan como si uno los ubiera puesto a la fuerza a entregar melaterial le entregan tramos de tubo si amarrar y si les piden que los amarren dicen que no tienen con que amarrar o que se les acabó la cuerdita con que se amarran como lo hacen en otros lugares esto es en playa del Carmen
 It is more less assorted there are materials that do not work and others that they do not know in terms of service at the counter one person is attentive the others are very indifferent at the checkout the same and in delivery of materials there are several including a woman who behave as if one I would have forced them to hand over metalware, they hand over sections of pipe without tying them up and if they ask them to tie them down they say they don't have anything to tie them up with or that they've run out of the little rope they use to tie them up like they do in other places, this is in Carmen beach

The service and concept is rather old fashion and the tools are shown in an organized chaos.
I thought that with HomeDepot as a competitor this company would be making a huge effort to improve their sales floor and their service, did not happen.
