No space at all inside the bus. No legroom, it doesn't use the highway to safe the toll So it takes longer. At least it was on time

Try not to book with them! They charge 35 usd for a transfert from Cancun airport to Chiquila but once you are on the island and want to come back to the airport, it's suddenly only 350 pesos because of the competitors! Thieves!

We have paid 300 pesos for the transfer from Chiquila to Cancun Airport and everything was fine. The driver was friendly and stopped at every terminal.

We had a negative experience on our transfer from Chiquila to the Cancun airport yesterday. The driver was polite, but the bus was overcrowded and my husband and I got stuck in the back seat of the van wedged beside an empty car seat. The back seat was raised higher than the others, and we weren't able to sit up straight because the ceiling was low. Every time we hit a bump our heads hit the ceiling. We couldn't see out the front windshield because of the angle of our seats, and I began to get carsick. So I could see out the front, I sat in the fetal position on the floor, which was actually more comfortable, but the driver noticed after a while and told me I had to sit back up in my seat so that I could be buckled in. But - my seat didn't have a seat belt, so that felt useless. There was an elderly man in front of us that was tall, and he couldn't event fit his legs in front of him because the seats were so tight. It was a miserable experience and we would not do it again. But - we got to the airport and the correct terminal on time, so they got us from A to B.

The Worst Shared Shuttle. Had to cancel my shared shuttle on the way to Chilquila (two weeks ahead of time), and never got my money back. Showed up for the shared shuttle to the Airport, and the driver refused to take me and another person. I had to take a taxi. Did not get a refund for that either. Horrible customer service.

We took the shuttle from Chiquilá to Cancun Airport. The driver was helpful and placed our bags in the back. The van was a new large Sprinter. It was clean and comfortable. The trip took 2 hrs and 10 minutes. Departing at 7:35 and arriving at Terminal 4 at 9:45. They do not take the toll road so it took a little longer than I anticipated. I was skeptical after previous reviews. The van took the other passengers to the other terminals after dropping us off at Terminal 4.

We booked a round trip from Cancun to Chiquila. The pickup was perfect - they showed up with my name and the van had the company logo. Now the pick up is another story. We get to the location half an hour early. No name like last time, multiple shuttles and none which had the same company logo. The pick up was 130 and I messaged at 136. Apparently they left without us as the driver looked for us and couldnt find us. We were in the restaurant they said to wait. Had the driver really called my name - no way would we miss it. We couldn't find another shuttle back and had to pay a private taxi as we had a flight to catch which caused 2500$MEX. I had to email multiple times and in the end, they only refunded 55$USD!!! After all the stress and their excuse was they hadn't out sourced to this shuttle transfer service before. So disappointed and stressful.
