A1 Smile Design - 77713 Playa del Carmen

May of 2022 I took the trip I have always wanted to get my teeth done and I chose to go to A1 smile design. This has easily been the best choice I’ve ever made. The facility Is one of the most beautiful venues I’ve ever seen both in the states and out in Mexico. Doctor Linda and doctor Karina are both wonderful ladies who made the experience 10/10. They took their time, they asked me how I was in between each points, and made sure I had little to no discomfort. Juan, Daunte, Lucero, and Jorge were all extremely friendly! I went out on this trip alone but having such a friendly staff assisted on not feeling alone.

Impressive, Lets start by saying there that, The clinic is located in a building called A1 Tower, I stayed in the 1 bedroom small luxury suite, the installations, clinic and digital dental laboratory are impressive, i had been to another dentist in mexico before and you cant even compare, these people though of every detail to make the experience wonderful, i had my whole mouth redone i wasn’t there to party or have fun deff a one time experience, so happy with the results, they are life changing

A1 Smile Design is definitely a world-class dental clinic. The whole process for my veneers went so smoothly and they used the latest dental technology.

What amazing experience from start to finish -it is been 30 days since my visit & everything feels normal and look natural. I completely love my smile & so do many others . My dentist took his time and handcrafted custom smile that was detailed in each way . Everything was top notch & state of the art. Was a solo traveler. I highly recommend to others . The level of service is beyond five stars.

Excellent experience overall. Great dental work, professional and friendly staff, beautiful facilities and all at a fraction of the cost in comparison to US. Absolutely amazing and professional. I had a full reconstruction of my teeth. 24 crowns and I can now smile with an open mouth. I've never done that for over 5 years. Beyond my expectations. Staff are great. They were patient and understanding on my lengthy dental work. The accommodations were top notch and kept me comfortable throughout the entire week I was there. Great location on Playa del Carmen Will recommend this dental clinic to all my friends. If you are thinking of having dental work done....this is the place to go! I had neglected my teeth for many years because of a bad experience with a dentist when I was young. Finally I decided I needed to take care of my dental health. After seeing my dentist in Canada the cost was prohibitive. I began researching dental tourism and finally decided to go to A1 Smile Design. I think the major factor in my decision was my coordinator, Oscar. He was always available to answer questions and I never felt pressured to make a decision. Once I arrived I found the clinic to be state of the art and the staff very professional. If I was to sum up my experience with the staff it would be, professional, compassionate and beyond reproach. Looking forward to returning later this year for the second stage of my restoration.

I had such an amazing experience at A1 Smile Design! The staff are all super friendly, the facility is super clean, modernized, and they use the latest high technology in ensuring I’m receiving the best care for my teeth. Their prices are also much more affordable in comparison to the United States. They also provide transportation services and an on-site hotel for convenience. Their location is in an ideal spot near the beach, city central, and not that far from the airport. I traveled all the way from the United States (Virginia) to have my dental work given that in the United States, dentist generally overcharge. I highly recommend this place!
